This wellness hack was the biggest 'Shark Tank' investment of the year

The largest investment on ABC's "Shark Tank" in 2022 didn't go to a robotics company or a vegan food empire. Instead, it went toward cold-water baths.

On a May 2022 episode, Robert Herjavec offered $2.4 million to Plunge, a Lincoln, California-based company that sells tubs designed for cold-water immersion. The baths cost nearly $5,000 and brought in $4.9 million in its first full year of sales after launching in 2020.

Flyers earn OT win in the Shark Tank, 4-3

It was never going to be the Philadelphia Flyers’ season to compete for a Stanley Cup, but even this lineup can look back at a game and think, ‘that’s one we would like to have back.’

A telltale loss for the Flyers was the shutout versus the San Jose Sharks at the Wells Fargo Center.  In that loss,  John Tortorella sat Travis Konecny and Kevin Hayes for all of the third period.  Additionally,  James van Riemsdyk left with a broken finger.

Here's What Happened To Misfit Foods After Shark Tank

While the term misfit might denote a person who does not fit comfortably into a situation, Misfit Foods looked to take a dip into the "Shark Tank" and survive the swim. According to Shark Tank Blog , the brand's founder, Phil Wong, appeared on Season 12, Episode 17 of the popular ABC show.

During his pitch for his veggie-infused sausage company, Wong asked for $250,000 for 5% equity in his company. While the cunning sharks questioned the valuation, there was something cooking in the kitchen, and it seemed that they were hungry to make a deal.
