A 44 year old woman from Fort Pierre and a 45 year old man from Pierre both convicted of Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance have been sentenced in federal U.S. District Court.
Shannon Spears must spend 121 months in federal prison, followed by five years of supervised release. John Klein must spend 20 years in federal prison, followed by five years of supervised release.
