Juvenile osteoporosis is a rare condition that affects children and adolescents. It causes excessive bone loss, inadequate bone development, or both.

Osteoporosis translates to "porous bones." When it occurs, an individual has an increased risk of developing bone fractures due to excessive bone loss, insufficient bone formation, or both.

Youth employment program set for budget | Northern Beaches Review | Manly, NSW

More than $40 million will be spent in the upcoming federal budget on helping disadvantaged young Australians get into work through a pre-employment program.

Treasurer Josh Frydenberg, who will announce the measures on Saturday, said the program would aim to help disadvantaged young people overcome obstacles to find employment.

General who oversaw Afghanistan withdrawal retires - Verve times

WASHINGTON (NewsNation) — Gen. Kenneth McKenzie Jr., the chief of the U.S. Central Command who oversaw the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan last summer, is retiring.

Mckenzie headed CENTCOM, the military's command over the Middle East, since 2019. The command covers more than 4 million square miles and includes 560 million people. He previously served as director of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
