Udon prison was too damn long, and this is more of a personal thing, but Zoro should've gotten more characterization this arc. I'm not really interested in him getting cool power-ups, I really just wanted to see more character growth and more backstory from him this arc.
I like Yamato, and am all for her becoming a Strawhat, but she really should've been introduced at the beginning of Act 1. She could've had her identity be a secret with her relation to Kaido being revealed slowly as the arc went on, culminating in her official intro in Act 3.
