The reality star famously went viral last year for wearing a dramatically tight, silver Margiela by John Galliano look at the Met Gala.
The ultra-tight gown, which gave her the illusion of having a drastically tiny waist, left social media users worried over whether she could breathe in such a waist-cinching ensemble.
On Tuesday, Kardashian shared a series of photos of herself going pantless in a vintage Thierry Mugler black corset bodysuit on Instagram.
In the carousel of photos, Kardashian also shared images of a model sporting the same vintage, sequined-covered outfit on the runway at a 1998 Haute Couture Show in Paris, France.
"One of the most iconic Mugler outfits," someone said, while another added, "Ok this is insane [heart eyes emoji]. I am obsessed [heart emoji]"
In an episode of " The Kardashians " earlier this year, Kardashian revealed that last year's fitted outfit at the Met Gala actually did present some physical challenges.
"I've never felt this way before, where I feel like I can't breathe," she said in a confessional on the show in February.
She added that she could only "handle it for so long" because she had to "pee" and felt like she was "literally dying."
