WASHINGTON — NASA and Roscosmos are in the final stages of completing a long-awaited agreement to allow Russian cosmonauts to fly on commercial crew vehicles and American astronauts on Soyuz spacecraft.

NASA reveals the winners of its 2022 Photographer of the Year competition

NASA has announced the winners of its Photographer of the Year competition, which pays tribute to the best in-house photographic talent. The photos were taken last year and were grouped into four categories: Places, People, Documentation and Portrait.
