Louisville girls golf gets off to hot start - Sports - The Repository - Canton, OH

The Leopards have broken the team record for low round in an 18-hole tournament and senior Katie Bice has broken the school record for low 9-hole round. Those results have Louisville dreaming of a big 2020.

The Louisville girls golf team got a taste of success during last year’s district tournament run. The Leopards are motivated to get a larger piece of the pie this year.

Louisville brings back every member of a team that was just 13 strokes away from making it to the Division I state tournament last year. Shaving into that number has been a motivating factor since the close of the 2019 season.

Quite a lot has been going on:

School polo coach in hot water for calling schoolgirls 'strippers' - The Mail & Guardian

An elite Johannesburg private school has launched an independent legal investigation into the conduct of one of its staff members, top South African water polo star Pierre le Roux, over a three-year-old incident in which he likened female learners to strippers.

The investigation by legal firm Cheadle, Thompson and Haysom (CTH) was instituted by the school after the learners, who matriculated in 2018, raised the issue on social media.

Schools and sporting authorities have been accused of glossing over the unsavoury incidents, and allowing him to get off without any consequences.

How Martha Stewart Became the Surprise Star of Quarantine: Inside Her Hot Girl Summer - E! Online

Martha Stewart can grow an entire pantry's worth of vegetables, prune a boxwood shrub and bake the f--k out of a red raspberry pie. But she's not suggesting you try any of that at home.

Asked by Dr. Oz during an April appearance on his talk show, "How are you going to be a better Martha Stewart when this is over?" she got all the way real. "I am going to scream and break every window within 10 miles if you say you get better with this kind of challenge," she responded, inspiring stressed shut-ins around the world to start the slow clap. "I find that it's the kind of person you are to start with. It's hard to get better with such a disaster."

Study hall leads to girl studying prospective beau

The only thing Wilma Williams was interested in learning more about -- as she sat in study hall during her junior year of high school -- was Gene Weston.

"The study hall was divided with part set on one side and part set on the other, and I sat there and stared at this good-looking guy across the way," says Wilma, who was new to Hot Springs High School in 1957.

Friends star who split Ross and Rachel up looks ... 23 years on | Metro

Remember 'the hot girl from the Xerox place' on Friends that split up Ross and Rachel? – well, 23 years on she looks 'unrecognisable'.

In the hit sitcom, actress Angela Featherstone played Chloe who slept with Ross Gellar when he was on that iconic 'break' from Rachel Green.

And 23 years on from the show, Angela has got rid of the short red hair and replaced it with a beautiful blonde bob.

She worked at the photocopying store, and at the time it was Joey and Chandler who fancied her, but Chloe decided it was Ross that she wanted.
